BDO Capital Consultants Sdn Bhd was appointed by Versatile Creative Berhad as Independent Adviser for the conditional mandatory take-over offer by NSK Trading Sdn Bhd to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Versatile Creative Berhad not already held by NSK Trading Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM0.70 per offer share;
