Sale of KelCoatings Ltd. and sister company, Oakside Chemicals Ltd. to Cloverdale Paint

Cloverdale Paint has acquired KelCoatings Ltd. (“KelCoatings”) in an all-cash transaction  completed in May 2021. 

BDO Canada acted as an affiliated financial advisor to KelCoatings alongside Geneva Canada, assisting the company’s shareholder through the entire divestiture process. 

KelCoatings is a supplier of coil coatings for customers in the U.S. and Canada. In business for over 50 years, the company has established a reputation for crafting specialty coatings to suit the individual needs of its customers.
