EFRAG launches a public call for input on ESRS Set 1 Revision
Following the publication of the Omnibus proposals on 26 February 2025, EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) received a mandate from the European Commission (EC) on 27 March 2025 to provide technical advice for simplification of existing European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The technical advice is expected to be delivered to the EC by 31 October 2025.
In this context, EFRAG has launched a public call to gather inputs from stakeholders in relation to potential revisions, as well as feedback from the first wave of preparers who implemented the standards in their 2024 sustainability reports.
