The International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) has announced release of Episode 7 of its 'Perspectives on sustainability disclosure' webinar series scheduled for 13 February 2024.
This episode will focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting and will cover how businesses can prepare disclosures under IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures (IFRS S2).
The webinar will explain how ISSB standards ensure GHG emissions disclosures are accurate, reliable, and useful for decision-making. Additionally, it will provide an overview of carbon accounting and the alignment between the GHG Protocol and IFRS S2.
