Executive summary
Based at BDO Global office in Brussels, Vincent is Director of EU Institutions Key Account Procurement and a member of the BDO Global Public Sector leadership team, covering also the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors globally.
He supports the acquisition of contracts with EU institutions and international clients, including in building partnerships to best meet multifaceted clients’ needs. While working with multidisciplinary teams across service lines and geographies, he also leads strategic service initiatives which answer to the challenges of BDO clients in public sector, healthcare and not-for-profit. Vincent keeps the BDO community up-to-date with market trends and recent innovations.
Prior to joining BDO in September 2014, Vincent gained 20+ years of international experience in working with the European Commission and other EU organisations as well as the European Patent Office, the European Space Agency, Airbus and the World Bank. His responsibilities covered both the acquisition of the contracts and the delivery of the services, leading teams of international and local consultants.
With an education in engineering, business administration, organisational psychology and IT, Vincent developed a solid international experience covering a wide range of sectors and services.
